Tull Brothers, a construction industry provider and current WITH client decided to expand into the new territory of real estate to strengthen its portfolio of holdings.
The company came to us to carry out a full brand strategy and visual program. Through qualitative research, our strategy became clear. We needed to create an approachable Southern-style brand image. At first thought, we were focused on the selling of new home construction. It was even more foundational. We were given the task of selling— dirt. The spaces for homes to be constructed on by the owner and not by the company.
The visuals focused on the idea of possibilities showing the ground, the location and the parcels of property available at a beautiful location overlooking a riverfront. Since the launch of Belle Vista, the company has expanded its offerings into home construction and design.
