Domani is a luxury lifestyle development for the ultra-rich in Palm Beach, Florida. It was also the first tower and residence in Kolter Communities’ portfolio of high-end development brands. Early on in the project, the company approached us about building the brand from the ground up. We started by expanding the Domani visual identity system. We based our work on a logo that was developed by the company in-house. Once the visual and verbal vernacular of the brand was formalized, we created a communications strategy that called for designing specific print pieces around key audience segments. We developed everything from a luxury brochure and floor plans to the launch announcements and event graphics. After the launch, it was only a matter of days before Kolter Communities had sold more than ten $15 million units.
